Therefore, we use the P3M methodology (Portfolio Management, Programme Management, Project Management) to ensure that our projects are adequately resourced, that the most appropriate team members are assigned to each project & that we align our Vision & Values with our clients to ensure project success.
One of the most important elements of a successful project is the assembly of a team who understand the project requirements, have relevant experience and who can work together in a collaborative manner to achieve the project objectives.
Our policy is to have a Director involved in every project we undertake. This Director retains overall project responsibility, remains involved in all aspects of the project throughout its duration, and is always available for discussions with the client and project team. The project leader is an Associate Director, one of our experienced senior engineers, and is responsible for day-to-day delivery of the project. The Associate Director manages a team of engineers and technicians.
