SGi Celebrates Planning Success
Today we are celebrating another planning success on one of our long standing strategic land project. SGi have been acting as Civil and Structural Engineers on this wider site for Nurton Developments for over 20 years.
This latest phase sees circa 240,000sq ft of high grade speculative Industrial buildings on three standalone plots, and the installation of Infrastructure for the wider employment allocation.
This phase of development is promoted by Equation Properties and is funded by International private equity real estate investor Cabot Properties. This developments has gone from concept, to an approved planning permission in a matter of months and it’s credit to the teams ingenuity that this has been achieved during the lockdown period. An imminent start on site is programmed.
