The Pioneer Point development at Ellesmere Point is now on site and our industrial team's hard work over the past 6 months is highlighted by the brilliant progress it is making.
The development consists of two speculatively built indsutrial units with associatedd external works and access road. The units are 138,000 sq.ft and 90,000 sq.ft
