Village Hotels

Evolving over a number of years SGi have formed and integral part of the core development team.  Each hotel has leisure, banqueting and conferencing facilities on the ground and first floors. Upper floors house bedrooms with a timber frame construction and a brick, render or stone facing to compliment the surrounding area.

SGi has had the privilege of completing a number of Hotels in recent years, including branches at Bury, Dudley, Hull, Coventry, Newcastle, Swansea, Bournemouth and Walsall.

The latest “V-concept” models will be five storey constructed from pre-cast concrete bedrooms and pre-fabricated bathroom pods. They will all feature a modern façade formed with a mixture of glazed cladding and a polyester powder coated brise soleil system.

In addition to the hotels that SGi have already completed, we also have several hotels either in design or on site, including new concept villages in the pipeline.
