Edward Street, Stockport is a HQ building for Stockport Homes in the North West, which has now received planning consent. Demo
The process began with the demolition of the former car showroom and adjacent industrial buildings.
The building is 70,000sq.ft including basement parking and spans over four floors, with customer facilities located on the ground level, supported by three storeys of office space, including meeting rooms.
The scheme is designed to Grade A office standards and the building is on target for a BREEAM Excellent rating. The overall design and material selection, sensitively responds to the conservation areas of which it is located.
